Solving puzzle and collecting items was not a simple task, like in other adventures, because this time a psychotic killer wielding giant scissors was unexpectedly chasing the player. Back at the time, but even now, Clock Tower was a horror thriller full of original and innovative ideas, merged together in a twisted horror-thriller. The game had a gorgeous 2D aesthetic for the time, with an interesting use of colours.
